Monday, March 19
Eugene Lee, 39, of 21 Lincoln St. Apt. 4, Milford, was summonsed to on a complaint Feb. 8 by Massachusetts State Police (MSP) in Westborough and charged with having no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to March 19.

Wednesday, March 21
Raymond Hawkins, 20, of 114 Camden St. Apt. 2, Boston, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 12 by MSP in Westborough and charged with driving too close on the Mass Pike and leaving the scene of an accident. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to May 3.
Lenard M. Robinson, 24, of 244 Pleasantdale Rd., Rutland, was arrested March 7 by and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Calagione found sufficient facts and continued the case without a finding to March 21, 2013, with a 45-day loss of license, entrance into substance treatment program, $600 in fines and a $65 monthly probation fee.
Thursday, March 22
Barton Boykin, 36, of 3506 24th St., Astoria, N.Y., was summonsed to court on a complaint Dec. 11 by MSP in Westborough and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first charge on $200 court costs and found him not responsible on the second.
Pamela Vierstra, 56, of 106 Gilboa St., Douglas, was summonsed to court on a complaint Sept. 27 by Westborough police and charged with OUI liquor. Judge Vito Virzi found sufficient facts and continued the case without a finding to March 21, 2013. He ordered her to lose her license for 45 days, to undergo substance abuse treatment and to pay $600 in fines and a $65 monthly probation fee.
