Logs: Assault, OUI, Disturbing Peace

These are the Westborough related cases for the past week as they appeared in the logs of the Westborough District Court.

Monday Jan 30

Todd McCarthy, 22, of 71 Rice St., Marlborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint issued by Westborough police Dec. 15 and charged with speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Judge David Locke continued the case to March 2.

Timothy K. Jeve, 24, of 55 Bayview St., Marshfield, was arrested Jan. 30 by Westborough police and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. Judge David Locke continued the case to March 7.

Wednesday, Feb. 1

Keith G. Ware, 26, 26 Summer St., Westborough, was summonsed to Westborough District Court on Dec. 14 when Grafton police filled out a complaint, charging him with assault with a dangerous weapon. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the case.

Thursday, Feb. 2

Rickie A. Morin, 52, of 1 Milford St., Medway, was arrested by Westborough police on Oct. 18 and charged with OUI, wrong way on a state highway, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. The case was continued until Feb. 28.

Pamela Vierstra, 56, of 196 Gilboa St., Douglas, was summonsed into court after Westborough police filled out a complaint on Sept. 27. She was charged with OUI. The case was continued until March 22.

Friday, Feb. 3

Dimple J. Mistry, 38, 135 East Main St., Apt. R1, Westborough, was arrested by Westborough police on Feb. 2 and charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace and criminal harassment. Judge Robert Gardner continued the case to March 7.
