Logs: 3 Westborough Residents Face Judge
These are the Westborough related cases for the past week as they appeared in the logs of the Westborough District Court.

Tuesday, Jan. 17
Heliberto Briseno, 33, of 14B Mayberry Drive Apt. 4, Westborough, was summonsed into court by Westborough police Jan. 15 and charged with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, tire tread depth violations and motorist refusing to identify self. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Feb. 15.
Wednesday, Jan. 18
Eluvio Deleon, 37, 155 Belmont St., Apt. 2, Marlborough, was arrested on Jan. 17 by Westborough police for larceny over $250. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Feb. 22.
Thursday, Jan. 19
Kpor T. Julu, of 832 Columbia Rd., Boston, was summonsed into Westborough District Court after Westborough police filled out a complaint on Dec. 12 and charged Julu with an equipment violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The charges were dismissed.
Christopher Hasting, 31, of 63 Cliff Rd., Assonet, was arrested by Westborough police on July 16, 2009 and was charged with OUI, second offense. Hasting was found guilty and was ordered to pay $600 in court fees, was given a two-year suspended probation and lost his license for 90 days.
James Herdeck, 40, of 61 Dayton St., Worcester, was arrested on Dec. 6 by Westborough police and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a lights violation and possession of a Class B substance. The case was continued until Feb. 24.
Steven Gaspari, 27, of 8 Water St., Westborough, was arrested on Dec. 16 in Northborough and was charged with OUI, failure to stop and failure to notify the RMV of a change. The case was continued until Feb. 19.
Christopher L. Gustafson, 33, of 37 Kelsies Way, #6, Putnam, CT, was summonsed into court after Westborough police filled out a complaint and was charged with larceny over $250. The case was continued until Feb. 3.
Friday, Jan. 20
Evan W. Pappazisis, 19, of 64 Bowman St. in Westborough, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Westborough police filed a complaint on Jan. 10. Pappazisis was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage for an incident which occurred on Oct. 11. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Feb. 17.
