A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for Central Massachusetts, with remnants of Isaac bringing heavy rain and potential flooding to the area, according to the National Weather Service.
The forecast is expected to continue into Wednesday, with the strongest rains across the northern part of the state, where totals of up to four inches are possible. In Central Massachusetts, including Westborough, up to two inches are expected.
