Westborough Police charged a Grafton man with speeding, and with operating a motor vehicle without a license, on Tuesday night.

Police arrested Victor Fajardo, 35, of 174 Providence Road, #905, at West Main at Nourse streets at 4:39 p.m., according to the Westborough Police log.
