On Saturday, Nov. 3, at 12:37 a.m., firefighters responded to 5 Lyman St. for what proved to be a carbon monoxide detector activation due to malfunction.

At 4:50 a.m., EMS responded to 1 Lyman St. Unit 129.

At 1:19 p.m., firefighters responded to Ruggles at Charles streets for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

At 8:39 p.m., EMS responded to 413 Charlestown Meadows Drive.
