A motor vehicle accident on Route 9 led Westborough Police to arrest the driver for drunk driving Thursday night.
Police charged Michael Fallon, 48, of 4 North St., Southborough with operating under the influence of alcohol, and following too close, according to the Westborough Police log.
The arrest happened after a crash at Turnpike Road at Lyman Street at 10:12 p.m.
