Another Arrest in Lizzi Marriott Murder Case
NH Attorney General announced Dec. 24 that a Portsmouth woman was arrested in connection with the case of missing UNH student Elizabeth Marriott.
The New Hampshire Attorney General's office announced Dec. 24 that an additional person was arrested in the disappearance and homicide of Westborough native Elizabeth Marriott.
Kathryn McDonough, 19, of Portsmouth, was arrested and charged with one felony count each of hindering apprehension or prosecution, and conspiracy to commit hindering apprehension, according to Attorney General Michael A. Delaney.
The announcement, made in conjunction with Dover Police Chief Anthony Colarusso and State Police Col. Robert Quinn, offers no additional information on the arrest and McDonough's alleged connection to the case.
She is scheduled to be arraigned at Derry District Court on Dec. 26.
A Dover man, Seth Mazzaglia, 30, is charged with second degree murder in Marriott's death.
