An alleged drunk driver was arrested after a motor vehicle accident with property damage at Route 9 at Otis Street early Sunday.
Westborough Police charged Carlos F. Martinez, 53, of 2101 Windsor Ridge Drive, Westborough with operating under the influence of liquor, and failing to slow at an intersection, according to the Westborough Police log.
The incident happened at 12:10 a.m. Sunday.
