Westborough Police have charged a local man with assault and battery (domestic).

Police arrested Humberto Triana, 24, of 15 Willow St., Apt. 7 on Willow Street at 10:53 p.m. Monday, according to the Westborough Police log.

At 1:03 a.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a burglar alarm, which proved accidental.

At 2:15 a.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of an erratic driver. Police arrested Thomas Mahoney, 40, of 192 Central St., Apt. 403, Gardner and charged him with operating under the influence of alcohol, and a marked lanes violation.

At 5:53 a.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of a disabled automobile.

At 7:07 a.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of an animal complaint.

At 8:31 a.m., police received a report from Lyman Street of an unattended death.

At 8:54 a.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of an animal complaint.

At 10:51 a.m., police received a report from Turnpike Road of an erratic driver. Police searched the area and found nothing.

At 2:11 p.m., police received a report from East Main Street at Hillcrest Drive of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

At 4:46 p.m., police received a report from Boardman Street of a parking violation.

At 6:44 p.m., police received a report from Fisher Street of a motor vehicle theft.

At 7:54 p.m., police received a report from East Main at Smith streets of a disabled automobile.

At 9:39 p.m., police received a report from Edward Dunn Way of annoying/harassing phone calls.
