Westborough Police on Thursday charged a Worcester man with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Police arrested Adilson G. Batista, 37, of 63 Frankie St., Apt. 61, at Milk Street at Meadow Road at 11:29 a.m., according to the Westborough Police log.
