Girl Scouts will kick off the annual Cookie Sale from Jan. 18 to March 3.

Again this year the girls will have cookies for immediate delivery.

As in past years, the troops will hold Booth Sales on the weekends. These are cash and carry sales at various businesses.

Many of the 27 troops are planning big trips and community service projects from their cookie profits.

There are eight varieties of cookies, and all sell for $4 a box.  The varieties are Thin Mints, Samoas, Dulce de Leche, Savannah Smiles,Tagalongs, Trefoiols, Do Si Dos and Thank U Berry Munch.
